Service Description

Our Sister Loc services begin at $800 for hair up to 4 inches in length. A $100 consultation fee is required to secure your booking. This fee will be credited towards your final balance. Please note that full payment is required before services are rendered. The consultation session is designed to provide you with essential information and resources as you embark on your Sister Loc journey. During the consultation, we will review informative videos and ensure you are fully prepared to move forward with confidence toward achieving your desired look. Sister Loc installations typically take 14 to 20 hours to complete, spread over a two-day process.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Char Bucha Hair Braiding Service! We are dedicated to providing exceptional braiding services tailored to your needs. Please review our service policy to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Booking and Deposit A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, applied to your final service cost. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. If rescheduling within the required timeframe, the deposit will be applied to your new appointment. 3. Late Policy Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may adjust your service time or reschedule based on availability. A $10 fee will apply if you're more than 15 minutes late. Appointments delayed by more than 30 minutes will be rescheduled. Deposits will not be refunded, and a new deposit may be required for future bookings. 4. No-Shows Failure to attend without notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Please be mindful that the start time for appointments may vary between the set start time and 30 minutes. My appointments are scheduled tightly, so punctuality is key. If I am running behind, I will notify you in advance. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why I provide a grace period. However, it is crucial to make every effort to be on t 5.
